Graduating from the University of North Texas with a degree in Radio, Television and Film, Monika came to AMS Pictures with a desire to learn and grow in the film industry. She has worn many hats ranging from editor to researcher to production assistant to producer.

With a focus on exploring untold stories in Black History, she has produced award-winning documentaries for the Original Programming department that have been screened in film festivals across the country. Recently, she has had the opportunity to expand her experience to episodic television programs including Your Health with Dr. Richard & Cindy Becker and WE tv’s Girl Meets Gown.
