In 2010, 3M initiated the Sustainability Challenge – a community service-centered competition that grouped and united local 3M sales teams.  Produced and Directed by Tom Rubeck, this video documents the emotionally compelling story of the 3M New Orleans sales team as they look to rebuild their city in the lingering devastation of Hurricane Katrina.
