Innovative Ideas Sparkle at Travel Summit

Sabre Holdings has always been a source of inspiration and innovation in the travel industry.  More over, with its new motto “Better Travel.  Better World”, the company is creating solutions that vastly improve the way people travel.

In mid September, Sabre Holdings approached AMS Pictures to showcase its vision for innovative mobile technology at the Media Week convention in early November.  Sabre needed a video that expressed its forward-thinking ideas about how its capabilities in mobility and thought leadership can come together to enhance the traveler’s experience in the near future.  The goal was to generate buzz among major travel journalists about the company’s products and ideas.

With only three weeks to produce this piece, AMS Pictures Producer Tim Wylie and his crew worked around the clock to deliver that vision.  Shot on green screen and on location, the team used compositing techniques in post that utilized screens and simulations to suggest the new mobile technology that is under development at Sabre.

The reaction from journalists at Media Week was extremely positive.  Not only did they see Sabre as a thought leader in the travel industry, major publications were also excited to hear about what the company will do to achieve that vision.
